Collaboration
We collaborate when it improves the outcome for the client.
Partnerships are useful when they add capability, context, or delivery depth.
They are not a substitute for clear ownership.
Where appropriate, we work with selected specialists, service providers, or complementary advisors. The principle is simple: involve other parties only when doing so makes the work sharper or more efficient.
When collaboration is useful
- Specialist expertise is needed in a narrow area.
- Local or sector-specific context would materially improve delivery.
- A client needs a broader response than one advisory lead should provide alone.
How we approach it
- Scope and responsibilities stay clear.
- External parties are involved deliberately, not by default.
- Quality, confidentiality, and practicality remain the priority.

If your situation calls for specialist support alongside advisory or technical security work, we can talk through the right shape for it.
